how big a break Donald Trump represents in US foreign policy and the implications of his actions for Europe and the world.Robert Zoellick was President of the World Bank, US Trade Representative and Deputy US Secretary of State. Lora Anne Viola is Director of the John F. Kennedy Institute and Professor of North American Foreign Policy at Freie Universität Berlin. The event will be moderated by the Executive Director of the Europaeum, Anthony Teasdale.
