Europaeum Scholars from The University of St Andrews have written a series of blogs about their experience on the Scholars Programme, the modules they have attended so far and their group policy projects.
Hadil, Sašo and Florence are all part of the current 2022-2023 cohort of Europaeum Scholars. Each have shared their thoughts on the programme and the opportunities that the course has presented them: multidisciplinary knowledge exchange, group collaboration and finding further connections between their diverse research topics and contemporary European politics and policymaking.
The Scholars’ Programme a highly competitive two-year leadership and policy course for motivated and talented doctoral candidates of Humanities and Social Sciences from our network of universities. It focuses on contemporary European policy, inviting leading academics and practitioners to run professional skills training sessions with scholars as they work towards group projects to ‘make Europe a better place’. The programme is designed to provide Scholars with the set of skills and contacts required to allow them to make a difference in Europe.
