Anait Akopyan is a doctoral researcher and junior research fellow in Educational Sciences at the University of Tartu. Her broader interests include self-regulated learning, digital agency, and contemporary educational transformation. Prior to her doctoral work, she taught at university level and worked in higher education assessment and compliance. She holds master’s degrees in Educational Technology, EU International Relations and Diplomacy, and Human Rights and Democratization, and a bachelor’s degree in Translation Science. Alongside her research, Anait has contributed to collaborative research efforts related to AI in education, responsible thinking, and institutional governance.
