Andrew is a PhD student at the Geneva Graduate Institute, specializing in environmental politics and circular economy. Andrew previously worked in environmental policymaking for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Andrew earned an MSc in sustainable resources from University College London in the United Kingdom and a BA in public policy from the College of William & Mary in the United States of America.
