Eduardo Brito is an Industrial PhD candidate in Computer Science at the University of Tartu and a Security Engineer and Researcher at Cybernetica AS. Eduardo has contributed to several European research and policy initiatives related to cybersecurity and digital governance. His work has been recognised through distinctions including the Charlemagne Prize Fellowship 2025/2026, selection among the Top 200 Young Leaders of Tomorrow at the 54th and 55th St. Gallen Symposium, and the Estonian Research Council Award for Outstanding Master’s Thesis in Engineering and Technology.
