Lucas Vázquez Bassat is a DPhil candidate in Economics at the University of Oxford. Before the start of his doctoral studies, Lucas worked for the OECD’s division on Cities, Urban Policies and Sustainable Development as well as for the European Economic and Trade Office in Taipei. He holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA from Yale University.
