Yasmin Coffey is a PhD candidate in the Business School at the University of St Andrews and a scholar of the Scottish Graduate School of Social Science. Her research is informed by both academic inquiry and lived experience as a first-generation student committed to widening participation in higher education. Yasmin is also a Fellow of the Stuart Hall Foundation. Yasmin holds both an MA in Management and a Master of Research (MRes Management) from the University of St Andrews and was placed on the Dean’s List in every year of both her undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
