Biography
Dr Andrew Graham is the Chair of the Trustees of the Europaeum, having also chaired the Academic Council and the Executive Committee. He was the driving force in conceiving, implementing and raising the funding for the Europaeum Scholars’ Programme. He is the former Master of Balliol College, Oxford, and is the Founder and a Senior Fellow of the Oxford Internet Institute.
Earlier in his career he was Economic Adviser to the UK Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition, a Fellow and Tutor in Economics at Balliol, and Warden of Rhodes House. He has been a Board Member of Channel Four Television, a Trustee of the Scott Trust which owns the Guardian and the Observer, and a Trustee of Reprieve.
