In 2021, the second cohort of the Europaeum Scholars Programme completed their journey, almost entirely online due to COVID-19. The four groups produced their policy recommendations which they presented as part of an international conference in Toledo, Spain. All core activities were held online except the Classics Colloquium in Madrid in November. The University of Tartu joined the network and that completes the expansion to 18 members.
